"When considering a home renovation project there are several factors to consider: quality, communication, integrity, budget, and timeframe. We used SafeGuard to replace our windows and doors with impact glass. They offered a great selection of products, did not up-sell us on upgrades that were unnecessary, listened to what we wanted, and made recommendations on how to reduce costs and stay within budget. We did our project in the middle of the global supply chain crisis, which delayed the delivery of our windows. The team at SafeGuard kept the lines of communication open and gave us regular updates on the status of our order, with delays outside of their control. When the products arrived, the installation crew was professional and courteous. They not only did a great job with the windows, but also took care to protect the other items in our home. They handled the permits and inspections and made the process as painless as possible. I would use them again."
