We don't subcontract installation — every crew member is a W-2 SafeGuard employee with workers'-compensation coverage and ongoing manufacturer training. That means no quality drift across crews, no warranty buck-passing when a service call comes in, and the same hands that pulled the permit are the ones swinging hammers at your house.
