The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami is a 150-unit new-construction luxury condominium completed in 2023. SafeGuard supplied and installed the impact-rated glazing package across the property — a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) compliant system engineered to meet HVHZ wind-load standards while preserving the building's premium curtain-wall aesthetic.

New construction at this scale carries a different set of constraints than a retrofit job: every opening size and frame profile is engineer-specified from the architectural drawings rather than measured-to-fit on existing openings, and the install sequence has to coordinate with the building's overall construction schedule. SafeGuard handled the glazing scope start to finish — product approval verification per opening, Miami-Dade permit pathway, and in-house installation crews under FL DBPR CGC1525289.
